Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Last appointment is at 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 10 AM – 5 PM
Sundays: Closed
Telephone hours 6 PM to 9:30 PM
Calls are normally returned in the evening between 8:00 and 9:30 PM.

Fees & Rates:

Fees are based on a sliding schedule ranging from $150 to $375 per 45-60 minute session. These fees do not apply to specific cases under other contractual circumstances, which vary. See below:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
